③ SLA and DLP have much higher accuracy because they are light forming. The light from DLP is fan-shaped light, which is scattered. SLA is laser, which is similar to a straight line, so it will be better than DLP in accuracy. At present, in terms of accuracy: SLA > DLP > FDM

① Principle of fdm3d printing technology: FDM is the principle of "melting deposition" technology. It is to heat and melt ABS, PLA and other silk materials through the heating device, then squeeze them out like toothpaste through the extrusion head, pile them up layer by layer, and finally form.
② Print size of fdm3d printer The forming size of fdm3d printer is relatively small and flexible in structure, including XYZ frame structure, delta structure and manipulator. Therefore, the forming size can be made very small or very large. However, large-size FDM 3D printers often have the problems of poor stability and slow printing speed. Therefore, without strong technical strength, it is impossible to build a large-scale FDM 3D printer.
③ Fdm3d printer forming size. We all know that the forming accuracy of fdm3d printer is controlled by the XYZ three axes of 3D printer. Generally speaking, its z axis is the accuracy of stepping motor (commonly known as thickness), and the forming accuracy of 3D printer is affected by the accuracy of X and Y axes. The forming size of fdm3d printer is relatively small, which is not as large as the other two 3D printers.
④ Fdm3d printer forming accuracy. Because FDM extrudes consumables layer by layer through the extrusion head, the step effect is obvious (that is, the thing layer by layer), and the requirements for mechanical structure are relatively high. In addition, theoretically, the smaller the diameter of the nozzle of FDM 3D printer, the higher the accuracy. However, if the nozzle is small, it is easy to cause the blockage of consumables, so the smaller the nozzle is, the better.
④ Price comparison of three 3D printers. There is no doubt that the price of fdm3d printer is the cheapest. It can't match other 3D printers in terms of precision and molding size. Generally, fdm3d printers cost 3000-4000 yuan, while dlp3d printers cost 8000-30000 yuan. Sla3d printers generally cost more than 30000 yuan due to high technical requirements.
